ASSESSING THE EXPLORATION TOOLBOX
HOW TO FIND THE REMAINING 22%

A major part of the Norwegian Continental Shelf is mature. Most of the “elephants” have been found. Now we have to look for the subtle traps. Meaning that geophysics is key. What do we find in the exploration tool-box? What kind of experience do we have with the various tools, and how can they be used on the NCS in the future? And how do our work methods influence our success? We have lots of questions, in the October seminars you will get some of the answers.

Professor Martin Landrø of NTNU will hold an introduction, and provoke questions at the end of each talk. At the end of the day, he will be leading the panel discussion where we ask the question:

IS IT NECESSARY TO DRILL DRY WELLS?

October 22nd: Oslo Kongressenter

October 28th: iPark Stavanger in cooperation with PGS
NB! The seminar starts 1 hour later in Stavanger!
